Short terms, firmly meant.

1. What you are buying.

   A subscription to a weekly feed and dashboard of short-term-rental permit records for the city and buyer type on your plan, with scoring, filters, export and letter drafts. Prices and seat caps are on the pricing section. Early Access plans step up to the Founding price automatically after three months, as shown at checkout.

2. Public records, republished.

   The data is sourced from city open-data portals and provided as published. We work to keep it current and accurate but do not warrant it. Verify before you act on it. Revenue figures are estimates, not forecasts.

3. No autodialing, no texting.

   Phone numbers, where a city publishes them, are shown for reference only. You may not load HostRadar data into an autodialer, predictive dialer, robocall or SMS system. If you call, Do-Not-Call scrubbing and TCPA compliance are your responsibility.

4. Your email is your email.

   If you email a host, you are the sender under CAN-SPAM: accurate headers, a physical address, a working unsubscribe honored within ten business days, and no deceptive subject lines. HostRadar is not party to your outreach.

5. Never pose as the city.

   You may not claim or imply affiliation with any city, permitting office or inspector, or threaten fines or enforcement. Letters generated here are written to those rules and you agree to keep them that way if you edit them.

6. Opt-outs are final and global.

   When a host opts out at /optout, their record leaves every feed, export and letter immediately. You agree to stop contacting anyone who has opted out.

7. One seat, one company.

   A subscription is for your company's own use. Do not resell, share logins, or republish the feed. API and data licenses are separate agreements.

8. Cancel any time.

   Use the billing portal in Settings. Access continues to the end of the paid period. Failed payments are retried; a subscription past due for more than two weeks is paused.

9. Limits.

   HostRadar is provided as-is. Our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the prior three months. We may suspend an account that breaks rules 3 to 7 without refund.

10. Changes.

    We will email account holders about material changes to these terms at least 14 days before they take effect. Questions: tejas@hostradar.io.
